Every effect applied in an After Effects project is recorded in the .aep file with a
unique "match name" (e.g. ADBE Gaussian Blur 2 or tc Particular).
This tool walks the project's binary structure, collects every effect instance, and
classifies each one: bundled with AE, a known third-party plugin, or unidentified.
